Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently provide shipping throughout Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

Certain remote or restricted areas may experience longer delivery times depending on courier service availability.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–5 working days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, parcel weight, and courier service selected during checkout.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided whenever available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment status using the tracking information provided.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

VapeKaki shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-shipment of returned parcels.

Orders abandoned or unclaimed for an extended period may not be eligible for refund.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure safe delivery, VapeKaki is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Customs inspections

  • Government regulations

  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control

If a parcel appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, customers should contact us promptly so we can assist in initiating an investigation with the courier service.

Any resolution will be subject to the courier company’s investigation and findings.

9. Age Verification & Compliance

By placing an order, customers confirm that they meet the minimum legal age required to purchase vaping-related products under applicable laws and regulations.

VapeKaki reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with applicable legal requirements.

10. Right to Refuse Shipment

VapeKaki reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay shipment of any order if:
